When Avlo identifies a candidate who might be a strong fit but has ambiguities on their CV — an unclear job title, an unexplained gap, a skill that's implied but not stated — it doesn't reject them. It sends a personalised message asking exactly the right follow-up questions.

When the candidate replies, Avlo re-evaluates their application. If the answers resolve the concerns, the verdict updates — often to Highly Recommended. You see everything: the original screening, the questions, the reply, and the updated verdict.
